Bishop Seth Ward Almshouse Trust

ELIGIBILITY

To become an Almshouse resident, you must:

Be a minimum of 60 years of age.
Have lived, or have family, in Buntingford or surrounding district for minimum of five years.
Have a low income/minimal capital and savings.
Be self sufficient, fit, and able to live independently. (If health and fitness deteriorate to a degree that independent living is no longer sustainable, alternative arrangements will need to be made.)

The trust will require evidence that all applicants meet the eligibility criteria prior to appointment as a resident.
